“I could not recommend Jake and LBI enough, they have done a fantastic job on helping us refurbish our flat in London. It started with the main bathroom, where not only did they do a fantastic job at installing the bathroom, but they actually explored it more initially and helped us gain about 10cm in ceiling height and 20cm in room depth also. The entire process was completely stress free and the final product was perfect. At the same time as this we also had a kitchen company in, but unfortunately they were not quite as helpful as Jake and his guys, and I found out later that I had to organise all the electrical and plumbing myself. Seeing as LBI were in doing the bathroom, I asked Jake if he could help with this at all, and he organised for his plumber, electrician and gas engineer all to come in and sort this out, fitting in around the kitchen company on what was also a VERY tight schedule. Once the main bathroom was done, the en suite and master bedroom looked a bit out of date, so we thought we’d take the plunge and do this also. This was a much larger job as the bathroom needed to be knocked through and made bigger for a shower enclosure, and a wardrobe, shelving and desk enclosure built for the bedroom, with the radiator being replaced and the whole room being redecorated. Jake himself went to visit timber yards to source timber for the desk and the worktops in the bathrooms, and any problems that arose such as mistakes from suppliers etc, Jake would handle and sort himself without us having to do anything! It was natural with this being a much bigger project that there would be some more complications, but all were smoothed out as soon as they arose, and the finished product is beautiful! Finally, in the other bedroom, Jake’s team also built another wardrobe and a small wall-mounted bedside table. We also order a small string shelving desk unit for in here, which needed to be attached to the wall. Even after the job was finished in the master bedroom, I asked Jake about this and he organised for someone to come round within a few days to get this attached. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend LBI for any household needs, and in fact would say that London ‘Bathroom’ Installations is a bit of a misnomer, because they also do kitchens and bedrooms too!”
