“I have used Dave from By Design Group before on my previous property to alter the spatial layout and then two years later to help me with house hunting on the property I then moved to. So when I was looking to move again I knew who to call. This time I have used him and his team to refresh the property for sale. Which involved help with transforming a cellar space in to a liveable basement, the introduction of a a lean-to pergoda on the side of the house and finally a front of house facelift with garage doors, the drive, window sills, render, the house paint colour, (that were tired and in need of a refresh) brought back to life and now the first impression looks as good as new, if not better! I have no doubt the valuation I have since received and am very pleased with has a great to deal to do with that. His team of joiners, electricians and decorators, outdoor cleaners, that he used on this job were a pleasure to work with as well. I am already using him remotely again, to house hunt the next property through Right Move message exchanges and, when we've shortlisted suitable properties I will go with Dave to view them like I did the previous time. I'm very happy to recommend him and his team to people who need help with their property as the value is high.”

“Chelsea is brilliant!! I would recommend this talented designer – she has been an absolute joy to work with! I hired Chelsea Jade Interiors to accessorise the lower floor of my home and I am extremely happy with the result. Chelsea took our vision and made it a reality. She has been lovely to work with and a great professional! She understood what we wanted and was able to come up with a list of products which were ideal to what we wanted. We had a bad experience with an interior designer who kept delaying our work for 14 months for other contracts which took priority and during this time came over three times as had forgotten what the ground floor looked like. This person took brief notes and produced a list of products which we considered unsuitable - they had clearly failed to understand the brief. I then emailed Chelsea Jade Interiors and to be honest I was not expecting much but I received an immediate reply. Chelsea came over 2 days later – late on a weekend - at a time which suited me and my husband. She took detailed notes, photographs and asked a lot of questions and a couple of weeks later we had a list of products which we loved! This lady is unbelievable – she is very generous with her time and provides advice and has made herself available out of office hours. She is extremely reliable, enthusiastic and makes you feel comfortable working with her and provides honest and appropriate advice. Chelsea also puts in the extra effort to make sure she is providing the ideal service - as a Muslim we wanted to display some Islamic art and it’s a field which Chelsea had no knowledge about, but she researched and came up with some lovely ideas. She also made the effort of going to furniture shops from which we were particularly keen to buy from, she didn’t have to do this, but she clearly puts a lot of time and effort into researching and presenting a list of products which suited us and giving us something we wanted instead of making do with.
