“We hired 3bd Architects, and worked with Sam on our project which started in February 2017. He was involved from start to finish, including initial drawings, planning permission, construction drawings and project management. The project involved a ground floor extension, installation of a glass link, internal renovations, outside decking (including an inbuilt paddling pool for the kids!), supply and installation of electric gate. From start to finish they were brilliant. Fun to work with, professional throughout, creative and flexible. Sam is a top guy, very experienced, with a huge number of contacts which helped with various bits and pieces (metal work, fabric etc). Sam took a lot of stress out of the project, was always acting in our best interests and a great go between with the builders. He was very knowledgeable - and ultimately this knowledge and experience saved costs and ensured it was finished on budget. Cannot recommend more highly.”
