On our most recent project he recommended raising the roof to give us more height in the loft space, we were quite reluctant to do this initially as it entailed removing the whole roof and rebuilding it but we trusted his judgement and we were so glad we did, the end result is so much better than we could ever have imagined. Communication was great, even though he has a busy schedule he always found time to answer questions, and he took care of so many elements which made the whole project so much easier for us, from sorting out the planning applications to finding us an excellent and reliable builder.
