She helped us navigate and plan the layout of our kitchen, living and dining extension, and the whole process has been so much easier thanks to her expertise. She initially created two different layout options, both incorporating my non-negotiables and wish list, giving us the opportunity to compare different approaches. Once we’d chosen our preferred design, Emily was brilliant at taking on board all of my feedback and making thoughtful amendments until everything felt just right. The level of detail she provided was incredible. From the placement of cutlery drawers and bins to lighting plans, planting suggestions and reference images, every element had been carefully considered. She really listened to what we were trying to achieve and came up with ideas that I would never have thought of myself but now couldn’t imagine doing without. She instantly understood our brief and was able to provide huge insight into careful space planning and what furniture and fittings and colours would and wouldn't work, and why! She was also great at pushing us out of our comfort zone and suggesting pieces that we wouldn't normally consider, but we trusted her and they all really work!
