“We have a set of rental flats in a large Victorian property in Sale, Manchester, and a one bedroom flat required a total re-fit. I got Dave from HH design studio on recommendation from a friend and I’m really glad I did. We decided to the consultancy on site, and his help with spacial layout and re-configuration was invaluable, you can just see it is his thing. His understanding of space is great and he explained his concepts well, which gave us the confidence to make the changes that we didn’t quite know how - or have the confidence to do. The new layout/flow of the flat has first and foremost transformed the bedroom. Then made the bathroom more efficient and finally allowed the open plan kitchen and lounge to be maximised for both requirements. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking at property changes and will have another consultancy when the first fix and layout reconfiguration is done.”
