“We hired Aaron to remodel our newly acquired home in Playa Vista, a new community in Los Angeles. Since we do not live in Los Angeles and we spend most of our time between San Francisco Bay Area and Europe, we needed not only an architect to help with the design, but also a supervisor of the entire project. Aaron assigned Nicklaus, one of his associates, to oversee the execution and he provided excellent support and timely updates. We ended up rebuilding kitchen, bathrooms, and cabinets from scratch in addition to replacing floor and doors and painting the wall. The project took longer than expected, which was justified by the post-pandemic material and worker shortage. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Aaron Neubert Architects for home design, remodeling and project management work”

We worked with Pamela Leone from LA Dwelling to remodel our mid-century modern kitchen from a cramped and outdated mess to a gorgeous and well-functioning centerpiece of our home. Pamela was prompt and professional in the height of the pandemic. I had ideas of what I wanted, and she had the know how and the connections to turn my dream into reality. I was happy to work with Pamela and LA dwelling, and they will be my first contact for any further renovation projects.”

“Flat Rate Remodeling renovated a kitchen, 3 bathrooms and the floor throughout our condo (except the bedrooms) in the summer of 2018. I found them on this website and I am here to rave how great a job they did. I worked with Avi Amar, and my husband and I found him a complete professional. He helped us pick out the tile, countertops, fixtures and much, much more. His taste is impeccable. The work was done at a reasonable price (we priced many other contractors) and the job turned our great. Avi is very easy to work with and he got along great with the condominium management. The project was done in a timely manner, which was very important to us. I would highly recommend him and his team.”
