“Claudia was a fantastic designer - she totally understood our brief and vision. She brought such energy and enthusiasm, it really made the whole process a pleasure - and felt really personal. We hadn't used a designer service before, thinking it a bit of a luxury, but we liked the pricing structure that let us pay per hour and the discount available on the paint. James was helpful in explaining the process and costs, and in matching us with the right designer for us. Claudia helped us choose our paint scheme and flooring, as well as giving us layout options for kitchen and bedroom where space was right. She was the right side of opinionated, giving us needed direction without overbearing. Most of all she really listened to our needs, did it all in a short space of time, and delivered a great mood board and ideas. Only feedback is I think an optional initial home visit / in-person meet should be included as standard (it was when we got other quotes elsewhere). Whilst some may prefer all virtual, for us having the designer see the space and meet us to get to know us was critical. The cost of getting a designer isn't something to do lightly but it helped us as we are time poor and indecisive! Thanks Claudia and team!”

“I first worked with Kia many years ago when she was just setting up her interior design business. I was thrilled with the results so, when I moved house earlier this year, there was no question about who I would turn to for help. The brief was challenging as I wanted to retain a substantial number of pieces from my former home, working them into a more modern scheme in a new build property. The new house also had some tricky narrow spaces, an awkward nook that needed a fresh eye to make it an interesting feature and a serious lack of storage and display space. Kia and her team did a fantastic job and I’m delighted with the end result. As well as a fabulous and fun design, the entire process worked smoothly from end to end with excellent communication and prompt resolution of the inevitable hiccups along the way. The whole process was stress free from design, through procurement, build and installation. It speaks volumes that I ended up with virtually no snagging list at the end of the project. I can’t recommend Kia and her team enough. I’m only sad that I may not get the opportunity to work with them again for some time.”
