My name is Dace Erdmane and I'm the founder and principal designer of DE Interiors. Graduated from the British Academy of Interior Design with Post Graduate Diploma in Interior Design, I have had a passion for interior design since high school. With a background in Textile Design and History of Art, I have obtained my individual style with emphasis on combining different materials, textures, modern and vintage pieces, restoring original features and adding contemporary edge. In my projects I like to create an ambient atmosphere with a distinctive and personalized touch to design a unique and cozy home. I offer creative interior design solutions to residential homeowners in Croydon, Bromley, Sutton, Caterham, Warlingham, Tandridge, Oxted and surrounding areas in the UK. There is no job too small or too large - even if you have only one room to renovate or you have a tight budget, don't be afraid to ask for a consultation as a professional Interior Designer can help you save and use creative ways of designing the space. I have been working with Dace for the last 4 years. She has helped me design, decorate and upholstery of head boards, curtains, sofa and chairs. I love the way she works with you. No pressure. Willing to offer advice and sourcing any items I want. She has also framed my photos and hung them in perfect spaces around the house. Her charges are very reasonable. She gives you one price. She does not charge for every conversation you have with her like some people. I really like how she is creative and you deal with one person for all the work. She worked really well with my builder. Everything is beautiful coordinated. Love it. I am still working with her on and off with small projects.

We engaged Dace for couple of works related to our L shape Sofa cover, dining table covers and seating area cushions. Right from the beginning Dace was very energetic and provided a wonderful design ideas, colour schemes, purchasing the materials and delivered all the outputs what we expected. The quality of works which Dace done was outstanding and it was very pleasure working with Dace and I strongly recommend Dace to anyone who looks for quality upholstery services.

It was a pleasure to work with Dace from DE Interiors. Dace came up with a brilliant money saving idea to use paint for our existing furniture to transform our more dated pieces into something more fresh and sophisticated to go with the apartment. Now the entire apartment looks cohesive and united, I’m happy to come home and enjoy the results of this very successful collaboration. It was definitely worth it to hire an interior designer, without Dace I definitely wouldn’t have achieved the look she designed on my own.

I was looking for a custom made hallway wardrobe with a specific brief - an incorporation of a cat litter box as we have two cats in our apartment, but their current toilet was located inconveniently for us. Also some space saving would be great. Dace did a perfect job - she designed the wardrobe and suggested a very good carpenter and joiner who made the wardrobe and installed it. We as well as our cats are very pleased with the end result.

I used Dace’s service for designing bespoke wardrobe in our one bedroom apartment and hallway furniture. Dace listened to my wish list and delivered brilliant solutions how to maximize our small space. She also suggested the carpenter to work with on the execution of these projects. I and my family we are all extremely happy with the result. I will use DE Interiors in the future as well and I highly recommend Dace.
