I had an amazing experience with Dual Designs and would highly recommend them. Mark was a pleasure to work with. He really listened to my ideas, preferences and needs for the kitchen and delivered me the perfect design. Mark communicated and guided me through the whole process and his attention to detail and commitment to perfection truly shined. I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen !!

We've never had a new kitchen before, always someone else's from moving home. So we had no idea what the whole thing was all about putting a new kitchen in, though slightly dreading it from hearing about others experiences from friends. We done our research and along the way found Dual Designs. Of course it's not easy going without your kitchen though now everything has been completed it was all amazingly handled, nothing was too much trouble. Now we have our perfect kitchen. We spoke about all we wanted in the kitchen as well as the style. The style was especially tricky as there's so many things to choose, let alone matching them together, though we were helped all the way through and felt in safe hands. How fortunate we feel to have found Dual Designs and Mark to renovate our kitchen. utility, and fit new wardrobes in our daughter's bedroom - and what a stellar experience we had! From the moment we met Mark, we knew that we were going to achieve a high quality finish at a competitive price in our spaces. Mark is a consumate professional who clearly listened to what we wanted to achieve with our project. He returned with plans and talked us through the various design features to maximise our space and give our kitchen the "wow factor". Mark's attention to detail was exemplary, and he was able to navigate us through a quagmire of options (including unit styles, handles, colours, finishs) with ease, which made life much easier and efficient. Mark's clear communication also ensured everything ran smoothly. Both the kitchen and utility units, and wardrobes, are clearly of superior quality and we expect them to last for years to come. Mark's fitting was also very precise and felt like he took the necessary care to ensure everything was done once without need to make corrections. It is worth highlighting that Mark was extremely mindful of a newborn baby in the house and ensured that he minimised dust / disruption in the house - another example of Mark's care, attentiveness, and excellent service. We would highly recommend Mark and Dual Designs - the design, service, quality, care, and precision are impeccable and we really enjoyed working with Mark and Dual designs. We would highly recommend Mark and hope to use him for future projects.

Dual Designs came highly recommended by a good friend and it was easy to see why. Such a pleasure to work with Mark to refit our kitchen. He listened to all of our wants and needs and found a way to factor all of these into his design. Our kitchen was perhaps smaller than many but this did not diminish his enthusiasm for the project, in fact he helped us to find lots of neat ways to maximise our space. As Mark said when he first visited us, no job is too large or small for Dual Designs.

Dual designs previously and it was amazing, great use of space and beautifully finished. We have done another one for us and its exactly what I have imagined, they were brilliant in their communications, thought the whole kitchen through so perfectly and it looks stunning. They took my brief and made it better, they are just brilliant and having worked with a lot of contractors I cannot fault this one and their work is to the highest level. Mark is an excellent kitchen designer. He was fully involved in the process from start to finish and built us a kitchen that was perfectly tailored to our style. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the frames and work surfaces, and Mark's recommendations for utilities such as range cooker and wine fridge options. Would highly recommend Mark for his quality kitchen design and implementation.

Dual Designs is a relatively small company but by our experience makes them more the perfect company to use. We recently chose them to design and make our dream kitchen. From start to completion Mark kept us informed and answered anything we needed to know. Nothing was too much trouble and we even made some last minute changes, which were amended without hesitation. The installation of our kitchen, appliances and worktops were fitted to perfection, even their stone guys said they like to fit Dual's worktops because they know everything will be right, which must be high praise. Cannot thank Mark and Dual Designs enough for bringing our dream to reality, they are simply the best.

I had a great experience working alongside Mark to accessorise and style a beautiful kitchen he designed for his clients. I was dreading having the kitchen refitted but the whole process was amazingly painless, with I have to say, hardly any major disruption. I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen, from the design to the finishing touches. I had been researching everything I wanted for quite a few years and was expecting to be able to achieve the majority of things but not to have everything I wanted. I decided quite early on that either Mark is a mind reader or just really good at interpreting what I was trying to achieve. I was amazed at the first drawings. I'd got everything I wanted in the limited space available. Mark was really helpful and patient when I was struggling to chose some of the colours and always gave an honest opinion if asked. We love our new kitchen! Mark took great care to find us the exact colour we were envisaging and we love it. We were very happy to also be asked what colour we wanted internally for the carcasses - something we hadn't discussed but it was great having a high spec kitchen that allowed for this. The kitchen delivery was delayed due to that ol' pandemic, but Mark was great and provided us with temporary work surfaces so we could have a kitchen for Christmas Day. We have an awkward wall angle which Mark dealt with calmly and the installation was superb, he came back multiple times to add the finishing touches. Overall, a much more personal approach than going to Wren or Magnet - we didn't get 3D plans which made visualising the space more difficult, but we don't regret our decision to go with Mark at Dual Designs at all.

Mark and his team at Dual Designs have recently installed beautiful shelving and a cupboard in our period cottage. The craftsmanship and customer service from conception to completion has been exemplary and particularly during these challenging times during ‘Life Under Covid’ ! We look forward to using Dual Designs again in the future and meanwhile wish Mark and his team the very best with their future enterprises. Clearly worthy winners of Houzz Awards over the last 4 consecutive years!

We couldn't be happier with Dual Designs. Their creative ideas and attension to detail were all perfect. We went to many high end quality companies, though Dual Designs could match and mostly surpass all them. This included from the beginning the design (of whom were the only ones to encompass our total brief), options of appliances, worktops etc, easy to work with, the quality of the furniture (love dovetail drawers) and fitting ... perfect! As part of a renovation project I instructed Mark to create, design and deliver a new kitchen. From the outset he has been a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in helping us to choose not only the right kitchen for us but also many of the appliances as well. In addition he worked within the budget we had agreed and also to a very tight timescale. We are delighted with the results and everyday we are in the kitchen (a lot at the moment due to lockdown!) we are delighted - it has made our house a home. The kitchen Mark designed for us is everything that we wanted and just love our new space. We had quite a few companies quote and design the kitchen, but Mark understood exactly what wanted and this shows in the finished kitchen. Dual Designs have done an amazing job. We wanted to refurbish our kitchen, dining and utility areas. We wasn’t sure of the layout or style of the kitchen, but had some things that we definitely wanted including. Mark managed to come up with great ideas and a design we thought was perfect. The detailing that went into all of the work, which included the new floor was impressive. Always very responsive to any questions we had, before and during the work. All of the work went really well, keeping to the deadline throughout. We are so pleased with the whole space. The kitchen itself works so well and the quality is excellent. We would of course highly recommend Dual Designs and we'll be coming back soon for our bedroom and wardrobes.

Mark was has produced a beautiful kitchen for us exactly how we wanted it, the quality is very obvious and the attention to detail spot on. Very pleased with it and have had loads of comments from visitors, all for a great price. Thank you.

Our interior designer recommended that we use dual designs for our kitchen joinery and we were not let down. The quality and detailing of the joinery was done to a very high standard (superior to many high end kitchen specialists) and the team were able to work around some obstacles in our kitchen e.g. a slanted ceiling. The work was completed on time and on budget and I would recommend dual designs to anyone looking for high quality and specification kitchen. Thank you to Mark and the team for all their hard work.

We wanted a new kitchen and small utility room as part of our total remodeling and refurbishing of our ground floor house. Mark listened to our, extremely long, list of ideas and 'wants' and somehow managed to combine them all into a practical, clever solution whilst also suggesting a lovely aesthetic touch that inspired us in our 'designing' decision making. He had to work around the builders tight schedule on a site that often was very full of other trades. He accommodated changes we made to the utility room days before fitting without complaint. We had some issues with a third party supplier error which he sorted very successfully on our behalf. During the main part of the project his communication, support and response times were very good. We are delighted with the finished kitchen.

If I could give Mark 10 stars I would. He is incredibly patient and kind and the living room units look fabulous! I am especially pleased because both units needed to be built into difficult walls. The wall for the larger unit has a sloped mansard beam in one corner with five angled surfaces. The other wall had a very shallow nook at the end, where we wanted a unit to store stereo equipment. For both units, the measurements needed to be extremely precise. As you can see, Mark did the job perfectly. I've included a few photos to show the difficulty of the walls. I apologize that they do not show the beauty of the units to their fullest--the living room is still under construction. Do not hesitate to contact Mark, I am sure he will do a marvelous job for you.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end, which led to a seamless kitchen design, making and installation. He was very responsive, always very helpful and happy to accommodate our requests. His timeline is pretty quick for a bespoke kitchen and he is quick to pop into site for odd jobs/final bits and pieces on an ad hoc basis, which is very helpful too! Thank you Mark for creating a beautiful, high quality bespoke kitchen.

We were delighted with Mark's design for wardrobes for 3 bedrooms and book cases/cupboard units for our study. We talked through the internal fittings and chose the colours carefully. When we decided we needed 1 more, but with DVD shelving on the side, it matched perfectly. Mark came and fitted when he said he would. And the price suited our budget. Very happy customers.

Mark came round to my flat, listened to my requirements for a new kitchen. He went away and designed a kitchen that was not only exactly what I wanted, but fitted the space available. He managed the project, arranging the different contractors around my schedules, and supervised their work. He is a consummate professional, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a job done properly.

We used Dual Designs for our kitchen. We were having a building extension done which meant timescales were changeable. Mark was excellent and very flexible to fit in with our builder, which helped a lot with the stress and pressure. He has a very calm, personable yet professional manner and spent a long time talking to us to fully understand what we wanted. His design was beautiful and the fitting process was wonderfully smooth. He went above and beyond to source a worktop that was aesthetically what we wanted yet within our budget. We are delighted with the finished kitchen and couldn't have asked for more!

Mark was a complete breath of fresh air when he joined our kitchen project. His professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent, and together with his vast experience, he was able to get on with the task in hand and steer our new kitchen to completion. He always had a solution when problems presented themselves (does any new kitchen ever run totally to plan?), and was such a positive influence to have around, that I would recommend him without hesitation.

We have now worked with Mark Andrews of Dual Designs on two different projects. It has been a great experience. Mark has always understood exactly what I am trying to achieve, the budget constraints and the style we are aiming for. The first project was a large family house in Fulham, which was completely gutted. One of the requests from the client was storage and as much as possible! This included built in wardrobes, office shelving and a large family kitchen. It was easy working with Mark; he took our designs, ideas and budget and came up with creative solutions where necessary or just made our designs. Where necessary Mark would make informed and apposite suggestions at how the design should or could be altered for the better. On installation there were a few issues which were all dealt with by Mark with the same calm, efficient and professional manner that we have come to expect from him. The second project a small job: ‘just a kitchen’ in the most wonky house imaginable, there wasn’t a single 90⁰ angle in the room which made it just a little difficult for installation. However, the client is ecstatic with her kitchen, loves that fact that even in a small space we have managed to give her all the extras she wanted: drawer dishwasher, warming drawer, larder style unit, large cutlery drawer etc etc and all within the budget that was allowed. We at RJV Designs have been extremely happy with all our dealings with Mark and Dual Designs, working with one supplier with a wide range of kitchens and fitted furniture to select from and who also installs is a great asset as far as we are concerned. We will be using Dual Designs again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Dual Designs were recommended to us and they certainly didn’t let us down. Our kitchen has everything that we wanted and is very practical to live in. Along with our own ideas, Dual Designs helped blend these with their knowledge to achieve the kitchen that we are so pleased with.
