We are a team of skilled architects and designers based in London. We have an established reputation for producing excellent work with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. We are friendly and approachable, and we aim to bring a high level of professionalism and care to all of our projects. We have considerable experience in designing and delivering bespoke homes for a diverse range of clients, including artists, judges, film producers, bankers, writers, entrepreneurs, fashion designers, actors, and other architects! Not only are they amazingly projects and thoughtfully designed homes, the finish is superb and when I meet his clients to take the pictures they are always so happy with the work and the attention to detail he and his team give them.

Matt and Lu worked on our full house redevelopment and we could not be happier with the final result. They have such a great energy and are genuinely great to work with. They took our traditional Edwardian home and, while being sympathetic to its history, transformed it into something that is both original and breathtaking in its design. I love retaining original features but I also believe that buildings need to move forward and adapt to withstand the test of time. Matt and Lu managed to do this while always keeping an eye to how it would stay in keeping with its environment. I can highly recommend working with them.

After many years of thinking and planning remodelling our house with various other archtects and builders we approached Matthew Giles following a newspaper advert. Matt and Ellen came up with a design that fullfilled our desires after a brief outline discussion and removed many of the compromises that marred our previous attempts. Matt and Ellen were great at guiding us through the whole planning and building process as we had no previous experience of such a large project. Strongly recommended.

Commented: Who made the steel rod for the curtains please?Hi Tamara, the rods were provided by an old friend who very sadly died in 2019. The rods are mild steel dowel (approx. 10mm diameter) which have been aged / rusted and then oiled.
