Luke was amazing, so thorough and very attentive to all our wishes in the design process. He made the whole process smooth and easy and was very professional. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him very highly!

I can’t thank Luke enough for his work managing a full top-to-bottom renovation. He took measurements and produced a 3D model that became the foundation for iterating the design; we quickly reached agreement and work began soon after. The work covered the kitchen/annexe, lounge (including a media wall replacing an old fireplace), downstairs cloakroom, main bathroom, two bedrooms, and converting a bedroom into a study. The house was stripped back to bare walls, floors and ceilings. Luke either designed the spaces or improved designs from other trades—often spotting issues and proposing practical alternatives. His kitchen/annexe design matched my brief closely and included smart suggestions I hadn’t considered; the result is exactly what I wanted, only better. He updated the study design quickly as my ideas evolved (including cabinets and a bespoke oak desk), and the bedroom designs followed just as smoothly. The 3D visuals were invaluable, particularly as I lived far away and could only visit occasionally. Despite the distance, it felt like a genuine collaboration: Luke kept me updated, shared progress, and checked in for decisions at the right times. Luke coordinated the trades and oversaw critical stages of the work. His communication and attention to detail were excellent: I received clear updates and photos, and was consulted on all decisions with balanced advice on options. When a couple of issues arose (not of his making), he stepped in to help resolve them and made sure fixes were properly completed. It’s also worth stressing that when you hire Luke, you get Luke—not a rotating team. He was consistently contactable, happy to visit the property when needed, and professional throughout. He’s knowledgeable, hands-on, and took time to walk me through key choices, including visiting the local supplier showroom/factory. Even at the end of the project, Luke continued to check that final details were completed and everything was working as it should. Quite simply, I wouldn’t have taken on this renovation without him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke and LUXE Kitchens—whether you’re renovating one room or an entire house.

The whole experience was smooth and as easy as could be, I really enjoyed it! From sharing initial design ideas and considering all the options, playing with finishes, colours and cabinet combinations and all the way through to the final installation, Luke was just brilliant. His detailed technical knowledge, aesthetic while practical design suggestions, calmness and patience were so impressive and reassuring. He was available and hands-on throughout, had high attention to detail, always wanting to get everything just right for us. Luke’s design illustrations and plans made it very easy to envisage what our finished kitchen would be like, and looking back their resemblance to the finished installation was amazingly accurate. I would not hesitate to recommend Luke to anyone looking for quality in both design and product. We now have a really fabulous kitchen, Luke had also previously designed a beautiful bedroom for us. Also, and importantly for us, he is a pleasure to work closely with, a genuinely nice and decent person.

Having now been through a full kitchen renovation, we can honestly say Luke and Luxe Kitchens made a real difference to the experience. From the very beginning, Luke approached our kitchen project with care, thoughtfulness and professionalism. Our project involved a gorgeous Gaddesby in-frame kitchen, and like most renovations, the wider project wasn’t without its challenges. There were moments where other trades let us down, situations that were entirely outside Luke’s control but what stood out was how consistently he supported us through those periods. He remained calm, professional and solutions-focused, helping us navigate problems with reassurance and practical thinking. Luke didn’t step back when things became difficult. He stayed engaged, communicated clearly, and did everything reasonably within his control to keep momentum and reduce stress for us as clients. Without that steady presence, there were points in the project where we would honestly have felt quite overwhelmed. The design process itself was thoughtful and collaborative. Luke took time to understand how we wanted the space to function day to day, not just how it would look. The result is a kitchen that feels timeless, beautifully made and completely right for us and our home. What has impressed us just as much is the aftercare. Even after installation, Luke has remained responsive and invested in making sure everything works exactly as it should and that we are actually happy. This speaks volumes about his standards and integrity. Over the course of the project we came to know Luke well and can say that qualities he has are carry through, integrity, craftsmanship, honesty and genuine pride in his work. We absolutely love our kitchen and would recommend Luxe Kitchens and Luke without hesitation.

I used LUXE Kitchens recently for a project on very short timescales, and they were brilliant from start to finish. I shared a moodboard and a rough layout, and Luke hit the nail on the head with the design. Communication was clear and proactive throughout. They managed to turn everything around quickly to meet the deadline. There were a couple of glitches outside their control, but they flagged issues early, offered sensible solutions, and dealt with everything promptly and professionally. The quality of the cabinetry and installation is excellent, and pricing was transparent with no surprises. Overall, a smooth experience under pressure and an impressive end result. I’ll definitely be using LUXE Kitchens again in the future.

Having reached our 80s we decided to update our kitchen to make it more old age friendly. Our priorities were easy access to the contents of cupboards, lots of worktop space, and the moving of appliances so that we did not get in each others way. We also wanted to turn a relatively dark kitchen into one which was bright and airy. This involve knocking the wall down between the old kitchen and the breakfast area. We chose Luxe because it is local and uses units made in a local factory. We were able to visit the factory which helped us in making decisions on colours of cabinets, worktops etc. The design evolved over a number of iterations but Luke was patient and also extremely knowledgeable on all issues - he wanted to get things right. We consider that he provides excellent service and we are so glad that we found him. We love our new kitchen, it is modern, light and airy but also makes working in the kitchen much easier as we age.

Luke has a great eye for design and he came up with some really interesting options and design features for our kitchen and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is very easy to communicate with and listens to what the customer wants. Unfortunately due to budget constraints we didn’t go ahead with Luke’s kitchen design and plan.

We approached Luxe Kitchen Designs because a trusted friend had recommended them. We are so happy that we did. This was our first time planning a new kitchen and we really didn’t know where to start. We were also extending the existing kitchen so it was really difficult to imagine what the new space would look like. Luke from Luxe kitchens was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable and explained the process and all the options available to us clearly and without overwhelming us. He took so much time to really understand what we needed from the space as a family and designed an amazing kitchen and utility room for us. He was patient whilst we reviewed designs or had to confirm things with our builder and he amended the design numerous times to accommodate us. He used amazing software to show us the new space so we could really see what each decision would look like. This was so so helpful when in reality it was a pile of bricks! He was flexible with his time, visiting our home and meeting us in the showroom. He was always professional, friendly and patient and his knowledge and experience shine through, we would highly recommend Luxe to anyone!

Luke and his team of installers have provided us with an impressive and timely design service, taking on board our requirements in an old Victorian property, and providing us with full and detailed costings. Unfortunately we can't proceed currently because of family health issues but I can recommend them highly.

Luke was brilliant to work with patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He really took the time to listen to both of our ideas and helped us find the perfect balance. Luke came up with some good options for our kitchen. The fitters were really good and friendly. We did have a couple of issues which but these were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

We wanted to revamp our kitchen using the current units and surface. Luke was brilliant from the off even redesigning one side of our kitchen to make the space much more useable with the introduction of slim pull out units and larger pan drawers with a cutlery draw built into it to make the look much more aesthetically pleasing. He listened to all our needs and got our taste and details absolutely bang on, even building us a bespoke unit around our American style fridge freezer with a wine rack on top. His attention to detail was fantastic making everything so much easier for us as consumers and was also reasonable from a cost perspective. Would highly recommend !!!

We are SO thrilled with our new kitchen. When we decided to take the plunge and renovate, we did alot of research and looked for recommendations in the local area. After reaching out to a few different designers, Luke's responsiveness and professionalism right from the get go made us feel confident to press go on the project with Luxe. There were lots of discussions in the initial stages of how we wanted our kitchen/diner to look, and Luke was really accommodating in coming up with different designs based on our thinking. He really cared about what was best for our space. The design we went with ended up transforming our whole downstairs and the result is amazing. We couldn't be more thrilled! It really has transformed the way we feel about our home, and we can't wait to add the final decoration touches to make it feel complete.

Wow! After getting quotes from most high street kitchen designers then receiving a quotation from LUXE how surprised I was to find that pricing was similar. However the quality far exceeds anything from the highstreet designers.A design that uses every inch of space to its full potential. It's important to say that Luke is extremely patient as we were not the easiest of customers to deal with as we changed are mind a lot. But Luke clearly takes pride in his work and really wants to do the best for his customer's. As the work develops he is on hand to offer help and advice to the fitter. A first class experience of customer care and an absolute dream kitchen to finish. The cupboards themselves exerlent quality that can even match the door colour exactly,to add even more luxury. I highly recommend anyone thinking about a new kitchen not just to think of the high street retailers but get a quotation from LUXE you will be glad you did.

I was also bewildered with all kitchen companies promising lots of things…. I had put off having both my bathroom and kitchen renovated for ages. I knew they both had potential but I needed help with making the best use of the space…. After reading Johnies review on `nextdoor` something registered with me about him going to other major companies, which I have done previously, and it being so overwhelming, so I enquired with Luxe kitchens companies and Luke got in touch. Luke has been very patient, understanding and helpful with all decisions, especially when I kept saying –` there is too much choice`, and I then kept changing my mind ….. After also meeting Steve, his fitting team, I decided to go ahead with Luxe to do both my bathroom and kitchen. I am thoroughly overjoyed with the end result of both. I still stand at the door of my kitchen and think `Is this my kitchen?` There were a couple of snags with each project, but these have been dealt with quickly and personally by Luke…………You wouldn’t get this personal service at Wren etc. So - if anyone is looking for help with designing their kitchen or bathroom or another project then I can 100% recommend Luke at Luxe Kitchen designs for your project. Thank you, Luke for accepting the challenge with my kitchen…….it seems a lot bigger now. Being able to visit the showroom and actually seeing the quality of the products was very helpful, the cabinets etc may not be the cheapest but the quality is excellent, the old saying of `you get what you pay for` I am really glad that I finally spent my savings on a quality bathroom and kitchen. From the first contact to the end result I was kept informed and am very happy with the outcome and would have no hesitation in contacting them for any future work………….. I just wish I had found Luxe kitchens years ago………. I very rarely give anything 5 stars...

After having some water damage to our kitchen plinths, we contacted Luke to replace them for us and do a few extra touch ups in our kitchen in the process. Luke is friendly, has good communication, turned up on time and was considerate of our home (especially with a young baby!). The kitchen looks great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Luke designed and project managed the transformation of our separate kitchen and dining room to a large open plan kitchen /diner. He listened and took all of our ideas on board when doing the design and was more than happy to tweak the design several times until we were completely happy. He was extremely patient with our questions and many changes of mind when choosing kitchen units, appliances and flooring, offering guidance and advice. He is very knowledgeable and has many years experience of working in this area but was still happy to seek out additional information and advice where necessary to ensure that any questions or concerns were fully addressed Luke was a pleasure to work with. He was always contactable and responded quickly while the work was being done. He dealt with any problems we had along the way, very quickly and in a professional manner. Love the finished result! Luke’s depth of knowledge and experience made the design process of the kitchen easy . He had great original ideas that have transformed our kitchen space into a much more beautiful functional space for the budget we had. I decided to update my old and outdated wardrobe doors with new ones but was in a dilemma with which beading/moulding to use to create the modern country look I wanted. Luxe were so helpful and advised me very clearly on what to buy to achieve this, which took the mind-boggling stress away. Thank you for your help and advice!!

Luke did a superb job on our outdated kitchen. Not only did he change the layout to make the kitchen work better for us but he also explained exactly what would be involved by doing so. This included changing electrics for our new induction hob along with the pipes above for the extractor which no go outside and works 10x better than our old extractor. Altogether we had new shaker style units in the exact bespoke colour we wanted, 30mm quartz worktops, new LVT floor in a herringbone lay, new Neff appliances and installation all organised by Luke. The whole process was stress-free as we had everything explained beforehand as to what was going to happen and what the schedule was. We would 100% recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a new kitchen and they came in much less than similar kitchen companies.

When we were looking for a company to refresh our existing kitchen, we wanted someone who would take our needs on board but also give us some innovative suggestions to make a real impact. We really struck lucky when we met Luke, as he not only listened to what we wanted but also came up with some original ideas to give our kitchen a real 'wow factor'! All of the materials and appliances are of excellent quality and he managed the whole project with excellent attention to detail, meaning we were completely at ease from start to finish. In fact, we were so delighted with the excellent service and products that Luke provided, we decided to have our master bedroom refitted too!
