So all good, I realised it was bathroom.. : )) It is really possible to do anything stylish and tasteful if you carefully consider the budget.. and you have a good "eye" or someone with a good "eye" who can source, design etc for you. Then you either have a fitter to install or you do the instillation yourselves.. Choosing things really carefully and working out a simple design here is key.. scaling back in areas to make more funds available for the things that really make a difference.. With a small bathroom it's possibly to fit everything in with clever ways of seeing things.. If you want a tiny bath... Look at Albion Tubby. This one pictured is the Torre and you can have them painted a nickel or concrete colour and style, they do any colour and sure they can come up with a finish to suit.. Image looks good but the wrong setting, so I cropped it to focus on the bath.... With regards to the sink and loo, choose wall mounted so the floor is free, consider how to install a shower without taking up the visual element of the room.. This is how you choose the tray and glass for a sleek and modern look. Creating unique storage such as the 1 large sleeper shelf, discard the idea of mirrored cabinets and other really boring bathroom items.. consider ex display or off the shelf... Hi Ellie, ok I will edit it more as it should read we want all the shrubs and trees removed which is a tall feat when your not qualified I would guess. Also with the council not available to remove garden waste, we already have a lot piling up with the compost awaiting the date for when we can remove it. Our garden already has fence all the way around, however it needs updating as it has broken it a lot of places.

I think your best bet is to get a piece of stone cut to fit from a stone merchants. We had slate cut to fit for our hearth. I can’t remember the exact cost but I think it was around £100 five years ago. If you’re keeping the curve shape as a feature, it’s worth paying a bit more for it to stand out for the right reasons than making a feature of something that isn’t quite right.

If your worried get them accessed, or ask the builder you used for them if thats normal. I'm not an expert on concreat but I'd be a bit like you on this.
