The sofa is actually teal- maybe my camera makes it look grey! The wooden furniture isn't particularly special so not afraid to paint it really and I love my lampshade -its a bluebell gray design and I love the colours but thanks for the suggestions guys! Thanks for suggestions though

I would consider buying larger original artworks to add drama and character to the walls. The lettering and glitter print doesn't feel as stylish or considered as the rest of your room does. Love the suggestion of using coral or apricot as an accent colour, will really help take the overall look to the next level. When things are too matchy matchy its easy for a space to start feeling bland and charmless. Otherwise I think it's 90% there!

Lovely hall. I'm not sure if this is your thing but I think F&B setting plaster (pink in 2nd pic) looks really nice against white and off black so just thinking you could paint the internal doors (would also tie in with your sofa). The logical place for a slim console seems next to the front door as there's a plug socket for a table lamp but I was going to suggest some form of wooden bench ( a reclaimed one would look lovely) to the left of the front door as it's handy for putting on shoes but I'm not sure if the hall is wide enough? If not, you could add a radiator shelf instead? Brass mirror and some good quality faux stems for the table. I've got vintage coolie hats on my stairs wall which could tie in with your lights but art would obviously also work! I would also paint the panel (?) next to the front door in the wall colour

Hi Ella, i think a cream/off white rug would really balance out the darkness of the grey. i feel the picture rail seems too low and i think this is because the room is missing some deep coving which also contributes to the imbalance, maybe you could extend the grey paint (or replacement) in a band above the picture rail so its more in proportion. OKA have lovely quality cushion covers (and some are on sale at the moment)…. burnt orange or peacock range might suit…..some texture with throws for the chairs and Love Frankie lamp shades or similar might lift the current monochrome feel.
