It's nicer to open the door a get a view of a vanity unit or lovely shaped bath - than opening the door straight into a view of a loo ... So that's a good place to start your design thinking ...
You need space between wall and loo about 150mm to 200mm is good - similar space between a basin and wall too - symmetry is good in most rooms - allow adequate space to get into and out of baths /showers and to stand in front of basins and loos ...
A bath against a new central wall that hides a shower and loo behind, can work well in some bathrooms, if there's room ( I'm only on a phone and can't quite read your room dimensions !) if you approach a local bathroom supplier they may be able to offer some innovative ideas - or consider a freelance designer to help you ( like me ) there's a few of us on Houzz !

Thank you. Some great ideas. I seem to keep going around in circles. As you always seem to open the door & see the loo in the plans I come up with. The wall is a good idea I had considered that but the room is only 275cm x 275cm.

Well something like this might work - with a walk in shower behind the bath - so it seems open and airy still when you walk in ? Sorry it's only a quick sketch - am on my coffee break !

Thank you so much. I love the fact the vanity unit has it's own wall & is the 1st thing you see. Can't visualise bath/shower will do some research. Thanks again
