Very nice - I like how you repeat the circular shapes with the wallpaper and the chandelier and the lamp base. It's a nice juxtaposition to all the horizontal lines.

There is an argument for both light and dark curtains- an image search of this site will pull up lots of inspiring pictures. If it were my room I would have plantation shutters or simple blinds. If you want curtains I would choose a pale curtain that either tones in with the floor or the sofa. I would buy inexpensive curtains but customize them with a velvet stripe on the leading edge. You haven't mentioned any pattern in the room I would put pattern on a rug or cushions but if you don't want either of these then consider a patterned curtain instead

Hi there! We have recently changed furniture and gone modern . Want some ideas of dressing this French doors and windows with curtains/blinds etc to gain maximum light and also make the room feel warm . Don’t need to close them just for look . Any recommendations much appreciated . Many thanks
