Great space! What will you be using it for?

Oh ok. I agree, keep furniture simple. Painted/french style furniture looks good in a conservatory but wood would also be good. Would keep the sofa white/cream but maybe add a couple of cushions in blue/green and keep the rest of the colour for plants and as I say maybe some blue/White ceramics. The floor looks good and the room should obviously be able to handle a dark floor. The only thing I would say ( unless you get the new stuff that's around) is that you're not meant to wash laminate too much as the gaps between the planks aren't laminated if you plan on using the garden a lot. A wood effect karndean or amtico floor maybe be a better option although it is obviously dearer. I'd go for blinds, maybe a painted wooden venetian with tapes ( as they look similar to shutters) or roller blinds. If you went for Roman blinds I think I'd keep them very neutral based on the number of windows you have or it could look too busy?

Good luck! I'd just make sure you draw out everything to scale before you buy ( I have learned from a previous mistake ordering sofas before I moved in and I only just get away with them!)

The original twin wall on the roof is going to make that hellishly cold in the winter. I'd start with rectifying that or your heating will be going straight out of the roof. We opted for Thermal Glass ( not cheap ), but has made a 30% saving on fuel bills ! Or, you could think about changing the design of the roof completely and going for a large skylight affair with spots in the ceiling. The addition eventually of bi-fold doors would transform it and bring it into the 21st century.
