No problem, Suggestions would be to keep the ceiling colour lighter than the walls, use of verticle stripes on walls (they don't have to be bold) Ceiling to floor window treatments i.e try to hang curtains/blinds as close to the ceiling as possible and yes uplights will help gloss ceilings to reflect light is also great. I’m with Sonia as I think a stronger wall colour would look great. If however you like neutrals perhaps you need to dress the room with a rug and pictures and window treatments that give a nod to the sofa. Perhaps you already have some pictures with an element of this lovely colour in and can try them in the room?
