Sliding door issues.

Hi there,

I'm currently making a big sliding door out of reclaimed timber. The idea is to make it look like an old barn or warehouse door.
The trouble is I'm really struggling to find some top quality, industrial looking, rustic sliding door gear.

Has anyone got any ideas? Happy to go bespoke if anyone has got a good metalworker recommendation in the London area.

We've just paid the deposit on some grey external/white internal aluminium bifolds. Managed to find a company who had one on display so got to have a good feel for how it all worked. I couldn't bring myself to buy one that I'd not seen! It's just a shame very few companies who sell them have showrooms, out of the 8 I rang only two could show me their product!

Hi, I know this discussion has been a while now, but what option did you finally go with? We are also in a similar situation. We are considering a bifold or slide and turn option. Sunseekers reviews seem better than new wave. I look forward to hearing what option you went with.
