First of all the Kitchen fit out looks beautiful, very sleek! I would certainly go down the route of New Nordic or contemporary. I can also thoroughly recommend getting a nice sized table that will work without the need for extensions. Having an extending table throws up the question of where do you keep the extra seats, or if they are fold up, where do I get good quality fold up chairs that are comfortable for guests? I would look at getting a pair of the radius benches from Habitat to go in the back corner, or look at getting a banquette made up. Benches mean you can squeeze in an extra guest or two! a small T12 table from Hay and a few of the Hiroshima chairs by Naoto Fukasawa I think these sleek but warms designs will complement the wood already in the room, but not fuddle the sleek look of the kitchen by adding lots of extra details.

Love the chair! It’s got a lovely retro Sputnik kind of vibe to it. How about a similar side table with a 1950’s retro look. Round or egg shaped on three legs. These two are from La redoute.

Hi Christian, Firstly, what a fantastic space you have created, with lots of light from the large windows and a fabulous kitchen/relaxing area, I love your sofa. I note that Beano kindly recommended Go Modern and we would love to help you choose some furniture for your amazing space. I see that you are thinking of a glass table, but larger than the one you already have and some chairs to go with it, as well as a rug, a couple of armchairs and a coffee table. I think the glass dining table that you are looking at is really nice and a good size for the space, but I wondered if you had considered a ceramic table top as this might also work for you. Ceramic is a new finish in a variety of colours which is smooth to the touch and looks and feels just like marble, but is incredibly hard-wearing and perfect for families or entertaining. The Art Dining Table from Bonaldo, designed by the famous Gino Carollo is a great example as it can also be enhanced by matching inserts in the legs. Regarding dining chairs we offer a huge range . But if you’re looking for some really colourful dining chairs – how about these ? The Bonaldo Bernedetta designed by Dondoli e Pocci We also have a great selection of rugs from top names like Missoni Home and Nani Marquina Armchair wise you might want to try something completely different like the Sacco from Zanotta – they are incredibly comfortable !
