Hi there, most pendants with integrated LEDs are around 3000K, so I would suggest like mentioned above to maybe look at pendants with replaceable bulbs and just find the bulbs at 6000K.
It might be worthwhile getting a couple of bulbs with different LED kelvin rates and trying them out in a lamp in the space first. 6000k is very cold blue light - and this can make food look very different and sometimes unappetising! 2700k is a good warm colour and I'd certainly try one of these too.
