Does anyone know where I can purchase wireless controllable lights?

I want to add some lighting to rooms (for example spotlights on the floor going up the stairs or lights along shelves) but I really don't want to damage the walls or get an electrician in to add additional circuits at this stage.

I've found some LEDs but they can't be remote controlled so I don't think they would ever be switched on if we had to individually go around the room and switch it on (then go around and switch them off later).

Does anyone know whether such a product exists?

Based on my googling not really.

The alternative might be sensor controlled lights (they seem available for wardrobes) but I don't know if they would be weird?

Any suppliers of any sort of wireless lights would be greatly received!!
