Kitchen floor tiles?

Hi there. We've just finished our kitchen refurb, other than the floor which has been a disaster from start to finish. We opted for Microcement which has cracked so are now having to tile the floor instead.
We finished our bathroom recently and love the patterned floor tiles so were thinking of something similar for the kitchen to add some interest. Have found some black white and grey ones in a larger pattern but not sure if introducing black will be too much?
Any advice gratefully received!
