AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! In all my life I have never had such trouble with anyone. Kitchen delivered 25th Oct things missing or not right, i'd have more chance of turning water into wine than getting through to someone to speak to on the phone. Kitchen was delivered and we were missing our sink, communication as a whole is terrible full of excuses. Ended up having to arrange our own fitters to come only to find out that one of the wall cupboards was the wrong size and that we hadn't been sent enough worktop to be fitted in our kitchen. Seem great at taking peoples money but not so great in getting issues resolved

Brilliant, Jane! That sounds great. I had a look at the link - I’m not living in a period house (3 bed semi, late 1960s vibes) and we had been thinking about extending. I’ve recently realised that we could probably rejig our current layout instead, to maximise the space adding better storage etc. Advice like you’re offering would be great. Good afternoon, I am about to exchange in a flat that needs full renovation and I was looking at the Green Home Grants. I have two questions that hopefully someone will be able to answer: I am planning on getting Underfloor heating installed and I wanted to check if anyone knows if the primary primary measure of "Under-floor insulation" can be used as the insulation required for underfloor heating. I have some raising damp in internal walls that needs to be fixed, is this covered in the primary measure of "solid wall insulation (internal or external)"? Thanks a lot in advance. Regards, Paula
