Look on the Hafele website. If you find what you're looking for you'll have to ask for a retailer in your area as they don't sell direct to the public. Thousands of items on there. Good quality too.

I think it entirely depends on look you want. You could go traditional and choose cup handles (plus knobs for wall cabinets). Pewter is a traditional finish but brushed chrome would also look nice. Alternatively you might be thinking about making it more contemporary in which case a bar handle could look great. Don’t forget that for a contemporary look to fit them all horizontally, try to get longer ones for wider doors and apparently copper is completely over now in favour of burnished brass
