Hi, A couple of quick questions to keep in mind when looking for light fittings for this room. Do you have access to the ceiling over the room? If not then you may not be able to have more than one light fitting as without access you would have to take down the existing ceiling to run the wiring to any additional pendants, or have the cables surface mounted. The other thing that you would need to bear in mind when buying a new light fitting is that you will need to be able to get a strong enough fixing to hold it or any additional fittings in place. Your existing fitting is fairly small so may not have that solid a fixing, you could though potentially fit any new fixings to the existing timber trusses. It would be worth checking that if you do not already know before committing to buying a fitting. Also if you do buy a Sputnic type fitting such as the ones we have used below check first how many bulbs you will need as the cost of bulbs can quickly add up especially if you want them to be dimmable!
