Comments (9)@Milfordmaid: thanks a lot for the suggestion. Lime green is sounding very nice to me. What did you mean by smaller bits of pillar box red? What do you think of the rug? I actually had a re-think and was thinking maybe I should leave out the rug. Just to use bright cushions, lampshades, and some decorative accessories combining the cushion colours and sofa colours and a bit of cream. What of the wall art?...See MoreHelp!
Comments (13)Best bet would be to go safe if you are still unsure, I would suggest full on cream or mauve. Cream will subtly blend in with your walls and the Mauve will highlight your wooden worktops, A colour like orange will not be fitting in the finished room you have. All the colours are neutral thus go for something neutral. If you are looking for a stand out colour/ focal point, go stripes, large striped orange and cream fabric. I would also suggest if you are going for a blind choose a Roman blind as it will add warmth to your kitchen....See MoreHelp needed on paint colour please

I don't believe you can accurately colour match digitally, paints behave differently in different lighting conditions....See MoreCelery. Visualization, Rendering images
