I agree with Liv, the cabinet colour has made such a difference! The kitchen seems bigger! I do also love the blue as well - it really creates a lighter look

Hi there, The cheapest option would be to deck the lower area to the same level of the top one. It is not clear in the picture how big the lower area is, but it seems smaller enough that decking would work.  The alternative is to either raise the level of the lower area or excavate the top area, both are considerably expensive. I wondered if moving the stairs, from the kitchen to the utility, to the centre would allow some flexibility. If you can also raise the roof of the utility in the centre, ir have rooflights, I wonder if this would give you a clear sight of the garden. difficult to tell if ceiling heights are sufficient from the plans. Opening up the two walls will not be exactly low cost, and the other modifications but maybe the conservatory could be renovated at a later date.

Hello, Can you help me understand the German AgBB VOC emissions for LVT floors? The product I'm considering says its <0.5mg/m3. However, I can't seem to find how this translates to Very low, low, adequate, high or similar. I see that the French version has A+, A, etc which makes it easier, but if you have any insight would be great. I've already contacted the company and asked them but they are taking some time to respond. Many thanks
