Hey Ayesha, The quickest way to visualise the space and see how it works would be to get the dimensions of the bed you are interested in, then put down newspapers to fit that dimension and create a big rectangle; that will give you an instant visual and allow you to move the papers around the room to figure out the layout that suits you best.

Since the sofa doesn’t fit I think you should save your money on a rug to buy chairs instead. And they should be situated against the glass rather than the house because the current position has an obstructed view

A bit of warning regarding the latest plan above (proposed by tab darcy). After adding the en-suite, you would be left with 2700mm room width in bedroom 2. Subtract bed length 1900mm and chimney breast depth of 300mm approx. (although if you want to enclose it in any meaningful wardrobe then 450mm would be more accurate) and you would have left 500mm maximum for circulation space between bed and bathroom. With 450 deep wardrobe circulation space would be only 350mm. Meaning you would have to jump over bed to get from bedroom door to bedroom window and the door to the en-suite may not open. Similarly in bedroom 3, subtract length of bed of 1900 from room width of 2400 and you have 500mm left over between bed and wardrobe. Is that enough? Please have plans drawn to scale before you commit to any renovation expense. 3D walkthroughs are immensely beneficial as well because they allow you experience your space as it would be after renovation, and to avoid costly mistakes.
