Jumbo slabs of Quartz.
Comments (3)We offer a huge range of marble-like quartz materials that you may like the look of. Silestone offer some of their colours in jubo slabs which are 325x159cm: Ariel, Lyra, Lagoon, Blanco Orion & Heliz are just a few of the marble like options they have available. Some others to look at would be the Technistone - Noble Carrara & Noble Supreme White. Santamargherita - Lyskamm, Quartzforms - Veined Michelangelo & Impreial White. Dekton - Aura, Entzo & Kairos. Compac - Carrara. Cimstone - Olympos. Caesarstone - Calacatta Nuvo. These are all 3m and over. Hope this helps, all of these brands have websites if you wanted to see the different colours. I'm not sure where you are based but we have samples of all of these colours in our showroom which is in Kirk Langley, Derbyshire....See MoreMarble or limestone? Kitchen/living space help
Comments (12)There is a blue moleanos limestone as well which is more silver grey and may be a better match although from memory it still has patches of beige in it. Might be worth getting a sample. I don't have experience of real marble floors but they sound like a nightmare to keep clean in a kitchen. Have you seen porcelain tiles made to look like marble-they are actually really nice. Have a look at casa dolce casa stones & more range for examples. I have their smooth lipica tile-not marble but it matches with purbeck stone and moles breath in terms of colour....See MoreHELP! quartz worktop decision....
Comments (11)Hi Sam We regularly use leading brand Silestone in our kitchen designs as Quartz is a popular choice with many benefits. Silestone offer a 25 year warranty whereas Technistone only offer 10 years. Integrity sinks are also an option with Silestone which are seamless one piece Quartz sinks which blend into the worktops. They have quite a range of light shades including the lagoon and snowy Ibiza, it would be worth making a trip to take a look at all the colours. https://www.silestone.co.uk/colours/ https://www.silestone.co.uk/integrity-sinks/ https://www.silestone.co.uk/warranty/ Dekton is another product created by Cosentino, which has the added benefit of being completely heat resistant. They also have a good range of colours available in both polished and suede finishes. https://www.dekton.co.uk/what-is-dekton/ Good luck!...See MoreQuartz Counters and Backsplash
Comments (6)Book matching is something that good fabricators do. It sounds like you need a good fabricator. Although - as I understand it only certain quartz with a high price tag can be book matched. And you have to do what you are suggesting where you use more than one slab and the wastage adds to the cost. The image is of Dekton not quartz which may be an easier way of getting the result you want....See More- 8 years ago
