Hi Louisa! You may find it difficult to find a stone or stone resin bath for £1200. We use a brand called BC Designs and the solid surface ones there start around the £2500 mark. You can get decent acrylic ones if they're toughened but would steer clear of online for something like that :) Lusso Stone is worth a look however items are usually priced according to quality so there may be a reason why the cost isn't as high - just something to bear in mind! Thanks Zoe, I agree with you re toilet being more of a priority. The amount of squabbles that would save... It feels a little backwards to most other properties that have a toilet downstairs and the full bathroom upstairs but I can’t see another way to do it and get 3 double bedrooms upstairs. At the moment my twins have L shaped bunks but in 7 years they’ll probably be over 6’ tall so I want to have enough space for 2 singles too. 🤔 With your other idea I could move the wall over another 10cm but it would be right up against the window frame, would that look ok?
