Do you have a plan with dimensions? Also, could you take a picture showing the wall where you took the above pictures from? Where are the doors leading to?
The sofas facing each other looks cosier, but the other option, with the chairs in the foreground, gives you more space to move around the room. So if it is important that you can walk easily from the doors to the other side, I'd put the sofas in an L-shape. Otherwise I'd prefer the cosier option.
Agree that it would be useful to see the other side of the room
