Curtain length for box bay window
Comments (4)Just to clarify, I’d definitely go for full length in a traditional bay. However this type of bay has right angles (the “box” and the return) which are really difficult for opening and closing the curtains. Also the furniture and the deep cill make it even more awkward. That’s why in this case I’d do working blinds (close to the windows and down to the cill) with the lovely full length curtains just to dress it....See Morebay window box built in DIY

All the plants in the picture have died - that was when we moved in and I’ve been ill for 2 years with long covid (I’m the gardener) so they’re bare now.
