Sorry, I haven't been very clear there. No - the toilet is opposite the door at the moment - so as you go into the room it's straight ahead with a small sink next to it. I think the soil pipe goes off under the window to join the drain further along the outside wall. And yes - it's the size which is throwing me - too much choice about where to put stuff! I am also toying with the idea of making the water storage cupboard bigger - so I could possibly stick the hoover in there? I don't know! Ha!

Unslotted waste because there is no overflow hole. Choose one in a finish that matches your chosen taps. Bottle trap goes under the sink, in that space where they’ve shown folded towels and soaps. It will be visible so choose a nice one that matches your taps. The one in the picture clearly isn’t plumbed in. You will see there are two holes in the shelf which are to allow space for the bottle trap (if it hangs down that far) and the pipework to the taps - this pipework is also not shown in the picture. You may want to discuss with your builder/fitter/plumber how they plan to do the pipework so it looks ok. You can get decorative pipe collars in eg chrome effect that will look better than exposed copper pipe, or paint the pipes. Or you can get the pipes chased into the wall but that will be more expensive especially if it’s a solid wall.
