Sounds lovely! I think it depends on what sort of style you want to go for as flooring can really transform a room! Also consider how much natural light gets in to the room as you don't want a dark floor for a dark room however it could tie in with the work surface quite nicely. Here's some ideas: Good luck!

Agree with Sonia, Slaked Lime is a good colour, it has a tinge of grey/green/yellow which is barely detectable but it works well with many other colours. The lightest may to too pale but the second lightest could work and worth a try. Also try Skimming Stone as this also may work with your colours. Test paint on large pieces of paper and move them around, don't paint on the walls, it not only leaves unsightly thick areas of paint but it is pointless against your current colours. A large tub of trade white is a good idea to get rid of the current colour, it also creates a benchmark against which you can judge how light or dark you want the spaces.

Hi, if the goal to be achieved is to increase the brightness and modernize the environment, I recommend you opt for white, both in the fabrics of the sofas, and on the walls. The orange of the floor, however, could also be extinguished by taupe, or in any case by light grays. It all depends on you: do you prefer a cooler style or a more welcoming one?

It may depend on the actual colour of the concrete worktop. There are lots of greys, some appear quite cool and veer towards blue, actual poured concrete is usually a 'yellow' grey and so looks warmer. Knowing the real colour will help to narrow down your choices. My gut feeling would be huge format porcelain tiles from Mandarin Stone. They do lots of colours.
