Utility and Bathroom size

I am planning to have a utility and downstairs bathroom in my new extension. I am looking to combine the two and have set aside 4m x 2.32m. I need to have the following in it:
- walk-in shower
- sink
- toilet
- megaflo
- boiler
- washing machine
- tumble dryer
- space to hang clothes to dry
- laundry basket
- storage unit for vaccum cleaner, broom etc
- jacket cupboard
- shoe cupboard
Is the space I have set aside enough to fit in all of the above? If no, what would the best dimensions be? I have to keep a length of 4m but can change the width. I have attached my utility plan.
Thanks.
