I'm glad they're comfy! It's a shame the tolix is cold, I've got them in my basement which is cold anyway hence why I probably don't notice! You may find cheaper but I know Nordic House do fur seat pads. No I wouldn't reconsider a corner sofa. I was just trying to look for cheaper options for you which a normal sofa would have been. I've had a proper look for corner sofas now but all the emerald ones I've found are in velvet :( I would definitely get the sofa stainguarded in case of any mishaps with your daughter! I tried looking to see if sofa.com had a Black Friday deal on last year with potentially a bigger discount but they don't appear to have done

You have a lovely home. Re the hanging chair, it’s a nice idea, but I’m wondering if it’s perhaps more trouble than it’s worth. I feel they need quite a bit of space to function properly and look good and I agree that probably the best place for it would be where the chair is (if structurally possible) but it would be a squeeze and you’d probably have to loose the lamp there, due to possible swinging of the chair. I also think it actually will block the exit to the garden. And lastly, I do like your current chair. 😊

I would suggest keeping the chairs as they are and placing a traditional Turkish or similar rug in the room with lots of warm reds. Make sure the rug is big enough for the chairs, coffee table and front legs of the sofa to sit on. I think this will warm up your room and provide a certain gravitas.
