Comments (5)Hi Becca, I always feel accentuating browns and beiges will make the space feel a bit outdated. I’d go for a contrasting colour, in a colder tone, to give it a more contemporary feel. I think greys can work, otherwise a very light stone. Plus I wouldn’t go for chenille or shiny fabrics, for the same reason above. Comments (15)Late to the discussion, but wanted to put some options on here. There is an option for a 5 sided bat curtain poles, they have passing rings and can be a little faffy, however they do work when fitted level and well. If the angles are short enough i would break the angle and use a 3 sided pole by bringing the pole forward away from the window. The secret with the bay poles is to make the angles as soft as possible and use as few brackets as possible for the least obstructions https://www.direct-fabrics.co.uk/curtain-poles/metal-curtain-poles/bay-window-curtain-poles However i agree with alot of the other points, personally i would fit a curtain track across this. It would dress the window well and would provide a good solid fixing and smooth operation.
