Decking Lights

I’m struggling with the decision of having lights installed in the decking eg style, colour, size and amount.... I was all for them before but for some reason I keep thinking I should opt for lights being installed elsewhere in the garden.

I would appreciate any suggestions, to compliment my small/medium sized contemporary garden which will have moon white porcelain tiles, grey composite decking, a raised bedding that will have bamboo and a new land lawn.
