Screeding after kitchen fitting

Hello, I’d appreciate some advice/ suggestions :)
I have had a new kitchen fitted and we were at the stage where tiles would be laid. After ripping out floor boards and the underlay, finding a layer of Lino we have found the concrete is a mess. It’s so many different levels.
We have to get the floor screeded before laying the tiles.
Has anyone worked in this situation before? I am worried about 2 things. The cabinets getting ruined, and the final skirting to go onto the cabinet bottoms not fitting.... advise or suggestions highly appreciated as I haven’t got any experience of this sort of thing.
Thank you
