Thank you for the suggestions, I think they may be too light blue but whilst looking at Tablecloth I’ve found Tallanstown Grey and Btw Dog and Wolf which may be good matches

I have to completely agree with BlushingPixie It really looks like a floor (possibly pine or something similar) that was stripped or in the middle of being refinished. They may have just placed the chair there after cleaning up for the day. Either way, whatever it is it doesn't seem to have a finish on it yet. If there is they seem to be going for a more natural look. It doesn't seem to have a high gloss or wax type finish (IMHO). Possibly a matte finish at the most if there even is a finish on it at all. The planks are rectangular so you can lay them straight or herringbone or some other style. Parquet is created with smaller size planks and is often dearer than standard planks, so you wouldn’t usually for example, use these and then also lay them straight. Pictures shown can be achieved with wood or LVT. Images and examples of the latter can be found by visiting these 3 manufacturers websites, Polyflor, Karndean and Amtico but there are plenty more to choose from.
