matching light shade

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a ligh shade that would match this floor lamp, seems like such a small thing, but it's stressing me out!
Any nice ones out there?

I know this is a wacky but as you'd likely pay from £45 upwards for the lamps shade. How about buying two of these and adapting the lamps shade to fit? You could than always try to sell (Ebay?) the floor lamp without the shade to cover some of the difference.

It's a good idea, but probably be my last resort as the lamp is £65. I'm not sure i would want them to be identical either, but something to think about I guess!

I like contrast... Either go light, or go dark... or both! I think the light floor makes the room even bigger. This is kind of what I am planning. Ever since I painted the "tv wall" black, we have got so comfy I fall asleep a lot, its also great for playing space based games on the xbox as a more immersive experience. Because the husband would throw a mental strop if I lightened that wall, I'm embracing it by another dark wall and a light floor. Carpet is a no hope in light colour with my family and pets so Ive only really got one option...

Carolina! Your suggestions were amazing. We went to light shops today (we are very fortunate that there are 3 specialist boutique light shops near us) to look at lights just like your suggestions. ..... Well turns out, in person, we don’t like the rectangle lights!!! We actually started to warm to the individual pendant lights and have them in a line of 3. However, this evening I stumbled across THESE BABIES on google. Decanter lights!! Thoughts?? :)

In a previous hone I bought these Dar Zaragoza lights and used them as bedside lights hung at chest height. I also needed a diffuser for the top, was concerned about the weight so discounted glass and had a disc of Perspex cut and it was just the job

My general instinct would be to work with low level and indirect lighting, ie. table lamps and floor lamps, ideally all on a dimmer. Large statement lights work great in large rooms but since this is on the smaller side I would accentuate the cosiness. A large pendant can still look great but may just not be practical in terms of sight lines. Do you have photos of the room?
