I need advice on how to divide the sitting lounge, dinning area and open pantry, I want the dinning and the sitting lounge to face the garden.. the roof of the sitting is divided into 2 parts, one with normal height and the other with double height.. my proposal for the dinning and the pantry is attached.. please check the plan and advice me..

Well a quote - not an estimate - is not supposed to go up as you go along ! It's a price that's fixed. An hourly rate is obviously very different. Before you enter into any agreement with a professional they should set out what their services are for, how much they are and when and how you need to pay in their T&C's that should be given to you before they even start. Maybe you need a quote from a concept planner instead ( like us !) You'd still need SE obviously, when knocking through walls etc, but we don't really get involved with the colours and choosing soft furnishing - we deal more with the room flow, sight lines from strategic points, overall layout and also design of fitted furniture in rooms like kitchens, bedrooms, dressing rooms etc etc etc we put sofas and chairs etc when required into our drawings too, as they are a large part of the room and consequently the design, but we don't help you choose colours or tell you where to shop ! So it can work out less cost than an interior design service, as you are getting less help with that side of things.

Dark and dingy to a fabulous light,bright and sophisticated airy space.Love the colour palette used , the purple/ lilac accents and the butterfly rug in the living space. Where did you get that rug?

100% go for a lighter tile if you're wanting to add more light, if you're wanting a coloured tile you could just add it as a small feature somewhere, the gold I think goes well. We have a small bathroom and we added a nice new LED bathroom mirror which has helped add more light, if you need a new mirror and even the gold shower/taps I would recommend looking on PlumbHQ that's where we got all our bits from.
