I am renovating the master bath. I have a 72 x 72 shower which I plan on cutting down to 72 x 56 because currently takes up too much space. Removing bench and replacing tile. Room will have a freestanding tub. The shower is the first thing you see when you enter. I am considering a marble hex for floor. Question is for the walls should I be going with a larger format tile? Left 8x24 white ceramic, middle 8x16 white ceramic, right 8x20 verona white. Concerned that given overall size too much small tile will be overwhelming. Looking for a transitional look. Any help appreciated. Thank you.
