Integrated dishwasher fitting faceplate

I recently purchased an integrated dishwasher, but it was delivered without brackets to attach the kitchen door/faceplate to the front of the machine. The seller of the machine say that they don't include them, but the fitters who installed the machine said they're included as standard with integrated machines, and that the brackets can't be bought separately (together we looked online but couldn't find any). I tried contacting the manufacturer but they haven't responded. I'm now stuck with a machine that I can't attach a faceplate to.

How should I resolve this? Can't believe this isn't a thing that's easily fixable as surely everyone who buys an integrated machine needs to attach a faceplate to the front of it!

The model is HiSense HV671C60UK.

My cupboard door facing was supplied by the kitchen company as was my integrated dishwasher. could you contact your kitchen manufacturer and see if they can help?

You'll still need a support panel between the d/washer and the washing machine, as the gap is 500 the support panel could go behind the door and with a bit of shaping to allow for the dishwasher door to open it could work. Only problem then is as the door has a vertical handle already fitted the dishwasher would be awkward to open (normally has a horizontal handle). The support panel can be made from melamine faced chipboard 18mm thick and in alabaster or cream colour to match but you wouldn't see it untill you open the door, unfortunately not the neatest way to do it. Have you considered having a freestanding d/washer instead (I originally thought you wanted a freestanding d/washer), you still need the support panel (do magnet not do this colour anymore) as you'd only see it end on it doesn't matter about the tongue and groove and even though they've changed their door sizes they wouldn't of changed their panel sizes.

I prefer option 2, the black kitchen, because I think a separate dining table takes up too much room and the peninsula is more effective at separating the two zones. This option also allows you to have an additional easy chair which is better than just having a sofa. With this option, as you say, you would have a breakfast bar rather than a dining table. Have you considered dropping the peninsula to dining table height? I would however be tempted to have the oven under the hob and the cabinets on the end wall the way you have them in option 1 thereby freeing up more work surface. Either option you chose for the end wall would really depend on how much storage you need as opposed to how much work surface you can manage with. If you drop the peninsula then you would lose work surface there but regain it by choosing option 1 for the end wall. Do you have room in the entrance for a cupboard to store kitchen items not in regular use? Whilst working in the kitchen the breakfast bar or drop down peninsula would only accommodate two chairs. The two on the kitchen side would get in the way of food prep. They could however be stored somewhere and brought to the table once you are ready to eat. Folding chairs that can be hung up might be an option. Somewhere else that you could accommodate storage is where you have the table for the TV. Have you considered a run of built in cupboards here with shelves either side and above the TV? Where is your washing machine?

It’s unusual for an integrated dishwasher to be housed in a unit and with the absence of a door front, it would appear it’s intention would be for a freestanding dishwasher to offer an integrated look and the dimensions appear to allow for a freestanding one.

If it was brand new then it comes with 6x 38mm torx screws, 4x 25mm torx screws, double sided tape, a couple of long spacers and some other bits, to fit the door you use some of the double sided tape so you can offer the door in place, then use the 6 longer screws to fix the door facia. No brackets involved. I downloaded the fitting instructions from the hisense website and it gives quite clear instructions so might be worth getting your installer to read the installation instructions.
