Hi there, It looks like it will work like that although the bath is obviously under a very low part of the ceiling. Ideally you need to see an elevation of the end wall to determine exactly how high the ceiling is at the point you step out of the bath. You don't want it so low you hit your head on it ever time you get out of the bath! I would also consider using a 1700 mm long bath along that end wall and running the soil pipe out along the near wall so your WC is on the immediate left of the door as you walk in. This might give you both the WC and the head end of the bath under the tall part of the room.

Hello, Very nice size Bathroom! Never mind that you have two windows as at least the room it's not lacking light. Perhaps you could decorate them. You could choose to change the layout and possibly you could make it even more spacious. There is a big gap in between the bath and toilet and plenty of space between the toilet and sink that could be also used. Have you considered moving your bath to the wall where the two windows are? You could move down the toilet where the cabinet is or next to it and even make a Wet Room out of your Bathroom. The good idea you had is that you can use the cabinet and install a shower cube but I m not sure how big is that. Always remember that you can always bring out the most of your space and don't give up on your dream Home/Bathroom. With a great everything can be achieved! Good luck with your Project!

I would still suggest tanking/waterproofing the room prior to the installation of a standard shower tray or bath. Waterproofing membranes with the European Technical Approval will withstand normal movement within a house but the flooring and walls need to be of sound construction - a wetroom can be properly fitted in age of building. These principles apply to a standard tray or bath as the silicone beading around the edge may fail (from movement/age) and let wall bypass the tray, causing damage to the building underneath. This picture was taking after a bath with wall mounted shower was removed. The silicone had failed causing the wood to rot. This was all replaced and the below was created in its place: A bath will be easier for people with young children and if you plan to sell on, a wetroom will appeal to some where a bath will appeal more to others. Which ever path you choose (both your designs look nice) I would recommend waterproofing the room before it is installed. Kind Regards Mike

Hi Poonam, I think it will not look strange at all as long as the transition starts where the bath finishes just like the shower side. The symmetry will make it look purposeful. If it still bothers you, then maybe consider not tiling the remainder of that wall?
