Hi. I really am not that keen on any kitchen handles and prefer knobs! What about on integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer? Do they need handles due to the effort needed to open them or will the knobs be fine? It's a solid wood shaker door.
Hi Caroline, what about holes left after you remove existing handles? You can use mixture of knobs, handles and cup handles, so you dont have to stick to knobs for fridge and dishwasher.
We recently used all three of them on one of our kitchens.
I should have said - new kitchen. I know people are mixing and matching handles and knobs these days but I just want knobs but worried a single screw might not be strong enough for dishwasher and fridge?
I much prefer the look of knobs, even though I have handles! My sister’s new kitchen is all knobs, quite big sturdy ones, and they do the job well. You can just see some of them here.
Personally l don’t like to see a mixture. l have handleless doors so don’t have the problem. I’m not a lover of knobs as l find them difficult to grab sometimes, so prefer a handle with more grabbing area especially for someone who has arthritis in their fingers but it’s each to their own choice.
