I have wood look like porcelain tiles inside my house. Can I also have the same on my covered veranda or would that reduce the impact of the tiles in the house?
I don't think it will " reduce the impact" - indeed that sort of inside & outside look can be very stylish.
I would, however, check that the tiles concerned are suitable for outdoor use, and if suitable, certainly prepare the base properly. Many indoor/outdoor tiles are thicker than normal and constructed differently to withstand the potential rigours of outdoor use (frost, ice, damp, slip resistance) and many are not suitable at all.
