Hi - hope you don’t mind a non colour related remark? In order for the fridge doors to be able to own fully properly, you will need space the right of the FF, between it and the wall. So perhaps move the ff over one cupboard to the left and use the space that cupboard and wall units provided with a tall cabinet and top box instead. That will give the FF door the room it need to swing properly. ( and have ovens with recessed handles to avoid denting the FF door on the oven handles ) Also from a design perspective, that’s a lot of wall cabinets to have both sides ...It might be an idea to have the side with tall cabinetry ‘fully loaded ‘ with wall cabinets - but to keep the other side with just base cabinets and a ceiling installed extractor, therefore keeping it as clear as it can be - otherwise you may feel this is a very imposing and enclosed space. One last comment - then I’ll shut up and carry on rendering this project that I’m up early working on.... If you change the bulk of the drawer line base cabibets in to pan drawers ( one shallow and two deep) base cabinets. It makes them more accessible, rather than having to bend down to see what’s at the back of a dark base unit.

Dekton makes some great surfaces, but their faux Calacatta marble isn't one of them. I find it looks too fake. If you want engineered stone, I'd go for either Caesarstone's Calacatta Nuvo #5131 (we just installed this in a client's two new bathrooms, see photo below), or their Statuario Nuvo #5111. The former is a bit less veiny--more subtle.

@Izzi Robinson - I had all the same issues as you. Today, I went to one of Cosentino's HQ warehouses in Spain - I am VERY lucky that I live close by, and my kitchen guy installs 70+ Cosentino counters a year, so we were able to go into the warehouse and see EVERY. SINGLE. SURFACE that they make! It was mind blowing. What I will say, is that it is super, super important to try and see them in an installation first. The online colours are off, and the tiny little sample pieces are not indicative of the total slab. I'll attach a photo of the slab of Dekton we decided on - it's called VERA and is very different in real life to online. Secondly - the white calacatta-alikes were a bit too fake for my liking BUT not all of them looked bad. The different textures made a difference to how realistic they were. I currently have a beige Silestone counter. I've had it for 8 years and it's brilliant. I've had no issues with staining (I use lemon juice and a tiny bit of bicarb of soda if it's bad - and have done that maybe 4 times total. I do use trivets and mats and put curry containers on mats first etc, to prevent staining, so I DO take care of it.) I'd highly recommend it as a countertop surface. The other bit of advice is make sure you have a great fabricator - again in Spain I am lucky as there are tons of excellent marmolistas but I do think it makes a difference and that's why some people say they've had issues. I saw Entzo this morning and it was really nice. Rem is also not as bad in real life as you think, but it depends on your tolerance level for knowing it's not 'real'! Here's my Vera. :) It's even warmer in real life than this photo - and this photo is warmer than the official sample on the Dekton page.

That worktop is solid surface. No cleaning products will take that back to when you purchased it colour wise. Solid surface finishes work differently to laminate. You need to sand it back starting at 80 grit using a sander with a oscillating disc not by hand. Then work your way down from 80 to 120 to 240, 400, 500 and 600 if it isn’t changing colour. You need all the different grits to work it down. That’s the only chance you have of getting the colour back. You have around 5-6mm of thickness to work with and then you are back to chipboard.
