Pendant light dilemma!

Dear all,

We are having a bit of a nightmare trying to figure out how many pendant lights we need and the positioning of them.

We have a peninsula which is 127cm long and 95cm in width.

The lights we are looking at are 21cm in diameter.

Please see the attached pictures. There is a sketch of the outline of the kitchen and two pictures showing the lights in a render of our kitchen. One shows a 2 pendant configuration and the other 3.

We are unsure what looks best. We understand that that anylight should be 10 inches from the edge of the worktop.

Also should we be centralising the lights within the peninsula, so the dotted area in the picture or does this not matter?

Any guidance really appreciated.

Zac
